Job Description
The Microsoft Product Engineer specializes in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID. They serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft platforms.
Daily Duties
Deploy and configure M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Manage and secure Azure AD/Entra ID environments.
Implement Intune/Endpoint Manager for device compliance and security.
Support migrations from legacy Microsoft systems to cloud-based solutions.
Provide engineering escalation for Microsoft product issues.
